How do I book an appointment?

Do you provide hair?

No — April doesn't provide hair. She'll send you vendor recommendations based on the style you book, so you arrive with the right hair for the look.

How far in advance should I book?

Please book 3 to 4 weeks in advance. The studio is appointment-only and the calendar fills quickly around weekends and holidays — last-minute openings do happen, so it never hurts to ask.

Do you offer same day appointments?

No — April does not offer same day appointments or walk-ins. Every visit is booked in advance by request.

Is my time confirmed as soon as I submit?

No — booking requests are not confirmed until you speak with the stylist via text message. Your preferred slot is held while April reviews it, and she'll text you to confirm or suggest another time.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Rescheduling requires at least 2 weeks' notice — text or call the studio, or use your booking page. Last-minute cancellations will result in losing the ability to book future appointments.

What happens if I'm running late?

April is strict about being on time — appointments running more than 10 minutes late face being canceled. Please make sure you can make the appointment before sending a booking request.

Can I bring someone with me?

Only the person receiving services is allowed inside. April works from a home-based studio and likes to create a private, one-on-one experience for each client.
